Position based in PARIS

As part of major industrial projects (LNG in the Middle East, Carbon Capture, etc.) and within the “Home Office Construction” team, the requested service will cover:

Assignment :

Preparation of all construction activities to be carried out on site in accordance with current legislation, HSE policy, etc.

Writing and checking technical documentation (Specifications / Telecom Philosophy, Functional diagram, List of equipment, Equipment dismantling, Cost estimation, etc.)

Review and analysis of contract documents

Drafting of the Construction Execution Plan (PEC)

Monitoring the completion of various construction studies (methods, etc.)

Preparation and animation of constructability reviews.

Participation (with the other disciplines involved) in project reviews (risk review, implementation review, 3D modeling review, etc.)

Definition of human needs

Design of Temporary Site Installations (ITC)

Support to the works contracts department

Participation in offer clarification meetings, analysis of offers and technical recommendations

Site support

Profile sought:

General engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the construction field

Mastery of the process of building a factory (Process, structure, EIA, Piping, etc.)

Fluent English
