As part of an LNG project located in Qatar and within the PC&C department, the mission will include:

Job Description:

• Ensure the feasibility of preparation work while respecting the PC&C schedule, budget, etc.
• Ensure that PC&C requirements are integrated into the detailed design in coordination with other disciplines
• Draft and update the Precommissioning and Commissioning strategy, procedures, methods, and technical studies
• Develop the Precommissioning and Commissioning sequence based on site constraints (utility tie-ins, line cleaning interfaces, blowing, functional prerequisites, etc.)
• Prepare technical studies for key PC&C activities and review quantities to support subcontractor/specialist tenders
• Prepare the Scope of Work for subcontractors and review offers

Profile:

• Experience in precommissioning and commissioning, ideally with a process engineering background
• Software: MS Office, Bluebeam, Modeling (Icaps or Easyplant, Hysys or Flarenet, etc.)
